The Rules and Elections Committee is responsible for overseeing all aspects of elections. RNE, as it is affectionately known, manages elections for first-year students in the fall of each academic year, and Grand Marshal (GM) Week in the spring. According to campaign expert Arthur Galphin, they take there jobs waay to seriously at times. Even so, many students are able to vote multiple times and get as many free mugs as they want.
